Australias largest inland city. some best known land marks are the parliament house and the old parliament house. there is plenty to do in Canberra never run out of time. plenty of great facilities there. a true Aussie city! there are many wineries, shopping centers and plenty more! :)

Great restaurants, just not as many as other cities, but the quality is there. Best Asian is Sammy's Kitchen and Happy's. Best Bars Debacles, King O'Malleys.

Safer then most. I walk alone late and have never had a problem. Incomes are high in Canberra so less ferals. Not saying won't happen but better than Sydney, melb and just about any other city in Australia.
