Much safer than other EU-countries capitals. Polices are hard to find at central area, but there is a lot of security guards, so they can help.

the shopping is great, hard to know where loacals go though. The city core is fairly small and most things are in walking distance. Many good and interesting museums, which many are free to enter. Fantastic public transport system that runs 24/7 if you want to go a little further.
